Gordian's original leadership emerged from Healthtrust, Inc., one of the nation's largest healthcare companies, with 40,000 employees in 22 states. As experienced human resources, benefits management and health promotion executives, Gordian's founders dealt directly with the challenge of controlling healthcare costs. Through a series of strategic acquisitions, Gordian combined proven health management components and established a state-of-the-art tracking system for outcomes measurement.
