MANAGEMENT REPORTING

Gordian's robust tracking and reporting system enables us to clearly analyze program effectiveness, identify opportunities for improvement, and adjust program features accordingly to manage program outcomes.

To date, Gordian has accumulated in excess of $5 billion in medical claims data, more than 400,000 personal health analyses, and over 89,000 intervention tracking records, building our vast database for decision-support. This allows us to analyze a client's data in the context of our many years of experience.

Reports and analyses of program outcomes are available based on account, region, site, and participant demographics and include the following:

  • Aggregate analysis of population risks - health risks present in your organization
  • Participation analysis report - number and percentage of individuals in programs
  • Client services summary - Gordian services performed during a six-month period
  • Risk reduction analysis report - data on individuals who have successfully reduced risk factors through the program
  • Intervention reports - participation, goal progress and goal achievement rates
  • Satisfaction reports - health screening, individual and client satisfaction
  • Cost-benefit analysis - data comparing program expenses to claims savings from program participants versus similar eligible non-participants
